WorldWide Hard Drive Shortage.

Due to recent weather conditions in thailand all major Hard Drive Manufacturers including Western Digital and Seagate have been affected by the horrfic flooding and as a result have reduced production, meaning that there is likley to be a huge price jump in the prices of Hard Drives and also potential shortages as companys quote early 2012 as the earliest possible time to commence full production once again.

Who We Are

TechComp Solutions was formed in 2010 by Liam Marsh. The idea behind TechComp came about after Liam spent numerous years running large computer repair stores along the south coast, it was noted that customers sometimes found it difficult to bring their PC or laptop computers to the store and wished that some one could collect the PC or Laptop Computer from them to minimise hassle and inconvenience.

One further complaint customers have is the confusion relating to the fees involved within their PC or Laptop Computer repair, often being quoted a low diagnostic charge and then as more and more time is spent on the machine the repair cost often spiraled to within the region of the price of a new machine.

The fresh approach behind TechComp is to remove all of these Complaints by offering hassle free local collection and redelivery at a time requested by the customer, FREE loan laptops should our customers request it and in most cases we have less than a 48 Hour Repair Turnaround with urgent situations taken in to account with our Express Service which normally has less than a 12 Hour Repair Turnaround.

Here at TechComp Solutions we only have FIxed Price Services and repairs, whether we spend an hour or 10 repairing your PC or Laptop Computer it will not cost you a penny more. We firmly believe that by operating like this our customers know exactly where they stand and don't have to worry about that dreaded repair bill.
